tablet will not load missions

I thought it was my old crappy knock off android tablet that was causing the issue so I went to costco and picked up a swanky new Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 and yet...

I can log in and do most maintenance type things (calendar, equipment, members, etc), but I am unable to open up a mission.  I've tried with the built in android browser as well as the Chrome browser.

Any suggestions?

May need a little more information to help with this issue.  Just checked, opening a mission on android and iPad and its working OK here, it could be a specific problem with your team's configuration.  So, sorry for all the questions...

What happens when you try to open a mission?  I.e. - Can't get to the Missions screen?  Can't pick a mission?  Open Mission button doesn't work? 

Can you open a mission in the MM sandbox account?  (see the MM Help for the "Sand Box" login information)

I get to the point where I can select the mission but pressing the "open mission" button does nothing.

I'll try the sand box thing next time I'm at work...

Just tried it again after my tablet upgraded the chrome browser, still no joy.

Unfortunately the same thing is happening in the sandbox.

I select the mission then tap the "open mission" button.  The button turns dark (as it usually would) but does not move me to a mission.  Tabs stay the same, background is the same, for all purposes it does not put me into a mission. :/

Well darn.  Tried a couple more Android devices and it seems to still work fine here.

Another question: On the Missions screen below the mission list do you see the "

• Offline Missions" mission stuff?  (you shouldn't)

I have the same problem on my Nexus 7, using both Chrome and Firefox. I did a little troubleshooting and seemed to narrow it down to rw_touchScroll("idScrollAreaForm"). I can't quite pin-point it, but if I disable that call, the button becomes clickable. Kinda screws up the page though. Interesting side-effect is that the page isn't zoomable by default, but becomes so when disabling rw_touchScroll().

tensai, that's a HUGE help.  Nice work and thanks  .

Those rw_touchScroll() calls are to work around bugs in some touch devices, it used to be all devices, iOS seems to have fixed them a while back, and now it looks like some Android devices are getting better.  At least that's my guess at this point.  I removed rw_touchScroll("idScrollAreaForm"), lets see if its works now.  May need to force the page to refresh to make the new code load.

For what its worth I was having the same problem on my Nexus 7 also.
