There are 4 new settings in the MM Members area. Using these you can exclude these some members from certain lists and totals. They are:
Exclude Timekeeping - Check this box and the member will not be included in the Timekeeping Participation reports.
Exclude Certs - Check this box and the member will not be included in the Certification and Expiration report.
Exclude Roster - Check this box and the person will not be included in the Roster list.
Exclude Messages - Check this box and the member will not appear in the members Messages list.
