Title: Log In Permission selection

I gave our team secretary access to add new members.  His log in is checked with "add" and "edit permissions".  When he is setting the permissions for everyone he does not see on his screen the box for "Member - read only...".  I can see it under my log in.  Is this planned?

It is now fixed so that if someone has "Add Member" permission, they will also be able to set the read-only for other members setting.
