Every time I try hit the "cache maps/sync missions" button, it encounters an error "yikes, an error." Am i doing something wrong? Or maybe more to the point, what am I doing wrong?
I've tried it with FF and chrome. I cleared every cache I know to clear on chrome and still the same thing.
Please help.
Thanks.

Hmmm, not seeing any issues here.
You might want to make sure both browser are current versions:
For Chrome: use the funny 3 lined button in the upper right and select the "About Google Chrome" option.
For FF: Top Menu > Help > About Firefox
I know you said you tried to clear all the caches, lets make sure you have both the Browser and the App Cache cleared.
For Chrome:
- AppCache, you need to type this address into your browser: chrome://appcache-internals/ (http://chrome://appcache-internals/) Find the https://www.radishworks.com/MissionManager/Manifest.php cache and remove it.
- The Browser Cache is: Upper right button > Settings > Show Advanced Settings > Clear Browsing Data
For Firefox:
- Top Menu Tools > Settings > Advanced > Network. There are two separate buttons here:
- The button in the middle "Clear Now" in the "Web Cached Content" section.
- At the bottom of this same dialog in the "Offline Content and User Data" section, you can either press the "Clear Now" button or select "www.radishworks.com" in the list and press the "Remove" button.
Hope that helps, if not we'll need to look for something else.
