I've have two teams in MissionManager with the same email address. The system is rejecting my PW for Team 1 and when I try to a PW reset, it resets only Team 2, which I don't need reset. So...how do I reset the Team 1 password?
I didn't set this up using the multiple login screen (and now wish I had).

I will try to re-create, but in the meantime, have you checked your Spam folder to see if the reset email ended up there?

The reset email is getting through just fine, but it's resetting the password for Team 2, not Team 1. When I try to log-in to Team 1 using my Team 1 password, I get an invalid password error and when I request a reset, the system resets the Team 2 password, which I don't need re-set.

Everything is working fine on our side. Please check with your team's administrator and have them check your member record. Perhaps somehow the email address was modified or your status with the team has changed. If that does not work, please email support@missionmanager.com and we can help you offline. Thanks.
