Found a bug in the calendar.

Steps to reproduce:
1. On the Calendar page, click Next Month
2. Click Now to return to the current month
3. Edit an event in the current month
4. Click Return To Calendar. You will be taken back to the next month, rather than the current month.

My guess is that somehow the Now button doesn't record what the last viewed month is, not in the same way that Next Month or Previous Month do.

Feature Requests and Issues / Can't select first mission type

Inside any mission, on the general tab, I'm not able to select whichever mission type is listed first. All the others work just fine. If I add a new mission type and name it such that it's first, the the previously non-working type will work and the new first one stops. To be more specific, originally "Evidence Search" was alphabetically first and wouldn't work. I added "Animal Rescue" and now it is the one that doesn't work, but "Evidence Search" does.

This should be a fun little one for you. :)

On the calendar, I had an event scheduled from 0800 to 1400 and the duration was set to 6 hours 0 minutes. I changed the start time to 0730 but wanted to leave the end time at 1400. That part went fine. Just to be safe, I changed the duration to 6 hours 30 minutes. When I did, the end time was re-calculated to 1360. Technically I suppose that's correct.

And if I bump it to 6 hours 45 minutes, it sets the end time to 1375.

Feature Requests and Issues / Time Keeping start date defaults to 1999

Sometime in the last month or two I noticed that every time I load up the Time Keeping tab, the start date for the report range and the edit range both default to 1999. The end date always seems to default to the current day. No matter if I change the start date, every time I come back to the Time Keeping tab it goes right back to 1999.

When I print the member certification status report, I just get an empty report with no members. The roster does the same. I sure hope they haven't all up and quit on me. :)

General Mission Manager Discussion / Radio log keyboard shortcut

Is there a keyboard shortcut (and if not, could it be added) to swap the From/To on the radio log? What I'm thinking is that commonly two people will be conversing back and forth. It would be handy to use a simple keyboard shortcut that switches them, rather than having to retype both names.

Is there a way, or if not could there be, to track personal equipment that is used on a mission? Specifically we'd like to know whether someone has brought their ATV or snowmachine, and we'd like to keep track of the mileage on it.

Feature Requests and Issues / Creating new calendar items

When adding new calendar entries, I find I often forget what the correct date was when the new event page loads. Yes, yes, there is some PEBCAK here :). Regardless, it would be great if there was a way to create a new event with the date field already filled in. I'm thinking something like when double clicking on the date on the calendar, or maybe an icon on each date.

Is it possible to customize the fields on the printable member roster? For example, our ID# and Radio# are the same so having both is redundant. We also would prefer a slimmed down version without Rank or Address. I'm thinking an array of checkboxes to turn on or off which fields print. Doable?

I suppose the alternative would be to export the data and format it in a spreadsheet myself, but I'd like something more standard so that anybody on the team could print out the roster and get the same results.

My team used MM for our first live search this morning and we had one question come up. It seems somewhat related to the thread at http://www.radishworks.com/forum/index.php?topic=28.0 but it's a little different.

What tends to happen is we have lots of people show up all at once and we start planning out teams while we get the trailer set up and the generator going, i.e. before a computer is up. While that's happening we keep track of check-ins on paper. We'd like an easy way to transfer that to MM. The current process isn't pretty streamlined and not a big deal for a handful of users, but a nice feature would be a list of all active members that we could do check in in a batch.

Obviously we're still new to this, so I don't know if there are potential pitfalls with this strategy. What do you think?

I was showing off Mission Manager to the group in preparation for rolling it out (many great things were said, btw) and one suggestion we got was to change the background of the page when opening up a mission so that it was more obvious that you were in a mission, versus the normal pages.

It seems there's a bug in the export to CSV functionality on the time keeping page. The data is all there, but it's on one line. Missing newline perhaps?
