General Mission Manager Discussion / Setting up non members

How do you set up resources that are not a permanent part of your team to be used for one incident?  Is there a way to have a constant group of non member resources to pull from? Is there a way to contact a non member group?

Any ideas appreciated.

These are two separate things but at least one is easy....

#1 - When you change the status of someone (resigned for instance)...where do they go?  Is there a way to bring them back?

#2 - A nice feature for the future would be to be able to send an email from an outside account and if that account is approved it automatically relays it to all the members of a given group or the entire team based on something in the subject or first line.  This would mean you could just send something to the group without logging in if needed quickly.

Can anyone give any me guidance on the time keeping function.  I have a setup and it worked on one event but not others that were set up identically.  Are there conditions where it will automatically log then not do others that are configured the same?

On some ops people hold multiple positions.  There is no way to do that in the program.  People should be able to do multiple IC positions.

When you change the text of the callout in the configuration screen and tell it to do a call by calling in to the menu you guys made is it supposed to have the text of the stuff in the configuration spoken.  With ours it plays our outgoing message alert.  Its your standard menu with a layer on top that asks for a passcode to get in.
