Feature Requests and Issues / Updating Certifications Check

Hello,

I mentioned this a long time ago, but would still like it considered for a product update. We need to modify 20 or so Certifications Checks in the Configuration tab for about 80 members. The titles of the checks are going to change, but some are already checked off. Even after you change the title of the Certifications Check in the Configuration tab, the "check" remains on the Member's profile.

Going through all 80+ members and unchecking every box is going to be very labor-intensive. It would be helpful if they cleared by default when the Certifications Check is changed, or if there was a way for an admin to uncheck all for all members. Thanks.

So there is a Mission Manager member that has an out of office reply set, and I have an out of office reply set on my email as an administrator. There appears to be a constant email loop where both systems won't stop sending each other out of town replies.  Is there a way to fix this?

Feature Requests and Issues / Infinite replies from Mission Manager

So I and someone else in our organization have had Out of Office replies turned on through our Outlook mail client and Mission Manager sent out an event reminder.  Now, my email box is getting replies from the system every two minutes from both myself and the other Mission Manager member.  This issue hasn't come up before, and seems to be new related to the email relay.  Has anyone else seen this issue?

Feature Requests and Issues / Offline Mission add on doesn't install anymore

So it looks like Chrome has increased its security settings, and now it won't let add ons install from sites other than the Chrome store.  I tried searching for Mission Manager in the Chrome store, but had no luck finding it.  Is there a workaround that anyone knows of?

Feature Requests and Issues / Changing "Certifications Check" fields / Profile Update

Hello,

So as we were messing around with our implementation of Mission Manager for our CERT team, we had already filled all 20 of our Certifications Check fields, but needed to add a few more.  A handful of CERT members had already answered Certifications Check questions within their profiles by this point as well.  We consolidated a few of the Certifications Check questions to make room for a couple more, and changed them in the Configuration screen.  Once the change was made, I was flipping through the Members list and noticed that some had the checkbox checked for Certifications that I had just added, even though they didn't have that Certification.  It appeared that the checkbox from the old question remained checked after I changed the Certifications Check field.

I can see in the future as we grow into this program that we'll realize that some of the Certifications Check fields aren't as useful to us as others, and we'll want to delete some and change others.  Is there a way to uncheck everyone's box for a question when you reword the Certifications Check field?

Also, is there a way for administrators to get notifications when members update their profiles?  I'm interested to know if my members are logging in to update their info as I asked them, and also if they change something like an email address or a phone number, which I keep a second database of in my Outlook.

Feature Requests and Issues / Calendar not sending email reminders

I may be doing something wrong, but I have set up a weekly recurring meeting.  I would like for MM to send a reminder with RSVP option to members that need to attend the meeting.  I set Reminders to Continual, starting Now, and sending every Week until the Event.  For two weeks now, none of our members (myself included) have received an email.  I tested sending messages from MM using the Messages tab, and that seems to work fine.  Is there a setting that I'm missing?

Feature Requests and Issues / Add "Show Only Filter" for Certification Date request +

It's possible that I've missed something, but I think it would be a great feature if you could "Show Only Filter" for items listed in Certification Date.  If you check the "Show Only Filter" box for Certification Date, it would filter everyone who has a date written in the box, and also filter out anyone who has an expired date, if "Expires" is checked. 

Also, it would be helpful if we could add "Certifications Check" fields, like we can for Certification Date.  We are using Certifications Check to help us filter people based on their volunteer preferences, or even their physical limitations.  Thanks!
