Feature Requests and Issues / Duplicated Members in Report

you guys are doing a GREAT JOB!!!

When I run the "print member system access" or rosters Jim Mitchell is listed twice and member Wes Majors not listed at all. I'm thinking one our our Jim's should be a Wes......lol Its its actually been that way for a while now, just know remember to post it.

also we have the email all members status set up to send out every 30 days (just changed it today to 90) it has never sent one out. I test it manually today and it works fine that way....

Thinking out loud…

 Currently our agency has Several Social Media Accounts setup (IE. Facebook, Twitter etc.) With a large local following. I was just thinking how nice it would be to push a button in mission manager to send basic information like the Missing Person flyer for example once the basic information was entered into the system. Hum… like an integrated social media alert system…

Feature Requests and Issues / Emails not sending to Mission Manager

Not sure if anyone else is having any issues with sending emails from Mission Manager. The system has been working GREAT for us until the last day or so. If you could take a look on your end one of our Admins has been trying to send an email most of the morning from mission manager (user is Bob Myatt) he has in the past sent several emails from his account. The only thing that has changed is i reset his password (yesterday)and after that he has been having problems (not sure if that related but that's the only thing thats changed) this morning he tried sending it several times and its not even showing up in the message history logs once he push email button. It also acts like every other time when its sent ie all the name do come up like it was sent to those people but does not show up in the history and no one gets the emails... about an hour or so later we tried it again and one did go out and it did show up in the history but several emails were returned as undelivered, the email returned were not just on one domain they were from different email domains. could just be a hiccup or a fluke.i would also appear that this is just on Bob's account as mine is working fine and have not had any other issues reported to me at this point.  If you can take a look  that would be great. Thank you for your GREAT services. I cant Remember what it was like without Mission Manager (i can I just dont want to...lol) account is wcrescue

Not sure if this is an option  but adding a log file that tells who, when and what messages have been sent out using the message system within mission manager... just a thought.  :)

is there a topic on how to set-up the email prefix to get responses, i know i'm doing somthing wrong. in the configuration i put yes.wcr in the box and the email address i used to for that response is yes.wcr@radishworks.com... its not working...hum... still new at this.

Feature Requests and Issues / Google Calendar sync to MM Calendar

I don't think this is an option, but a thought... we use google calendar on our website to keep some of our community partners informed on things going on or coming up, we also use it so other agencies around the state can see what kind of training we have coming up. is there a way we could sync our google calendar with MM Calendar?

Is anyone working on an Iphone/Ipad app the works with MM. I have been using the SARApp and well its just not going to do it. something simple to get subject updates and mapping information maybe adding a clue in the field.

Mike,

today i was doing a test with the messages i clicked on just me to sent out a test and selected all to send to (sms,email and phone) it looks like it sent it to not just me but also 15 other contacts that's not on my members, the twilio logs show some 505 870-XOXO and 14 others, we do not have anyone on our list with a 505 area code not sure if its a database problem.

Our agency is getting the mission manager setup, and while we were importing a list of staff members we deleted them and when we went to import them again (we wanted to add something to the mapping on the cvs file) the system says they were imported but they do not show up (my guess is because we deleted them when we just should have changed the data within each one.) how can we fix this... also when i pull up our team organizational chart its blank....
