When accessing MM on a Mac laptop a member is unable to perform a search function within the Radio Log.

Why would this happen?

Feature Requests and Issues / Radio Log Tab - blank for some members?

Hello - one of our team members tried to get into the Radio Log on an active mission but when she does the Tab is blank - but I am able to see the info.

I thought everyone could see the Radio Log - I do not see a permission that would restrict that - so I can't figure out why she can't see anything.

Thoughts?

On the Configuration Tab I made a change to the Name of the Team Tab within Missions - and yet when I go into an existing mission it still says "Team".

Also, I changed the list of "Team Types" and the changes are not showing when I go into an existing mission.

Hello - I set up several repeating events and then someone else is going into each one to make updates to the summary.

I thought anytime someone made a change/edit to an event it would then change and make them the organizer - but it is still showing my name at the top of the event.

The reason I would like it to change is if people reply to reminder email I want it to go back to this person that made the edit.

What do we need to do to make the system change who is listed as organizer to reflect who made the last change?

Would it be possible to also include the APRS Call Sign in the Pop Up box that appears when you lay your mouse on a members name.

Just curious - what does it mean when there is an ** before an event on the time keeping tab?

Is that to indicate that the entry was created by using the "Update time keeping entry for members" button in the Calendar event?

Feature Requests and Issues / Importing Dates into existing MM profiles

Any helpful tips - other than retyping all my dates!

I have all my dates in an Access database - I then export that data into an Excel spreadsheet.

I can then break apart the dates by using "Text to Columns" and then use "Concatenate" to put them back in the order that MM likes them - but any single digit month or date loses the preceding zero.

So for example 03/01/2012  which MM wants to be 20120301  becomes 201231. 

Help!  Thoughts?

I know that on the Time Keeping Tab it will tally the amount of time someone was on scene but is there anywhere that I can capture the actual time that they signed in and signed out?

I have to enter that info on a report that I have to complete - so I was hoping it was in MM somewhere.

What is suppose to happen if I create a recurring Event, check off "Request RSVP from Members", but do NOT include any "Reminders".

Will folks get an "RSVP Email" and if so when is it sent?

General Mission Manager Discussion / Importing a CSV file

When I import new members via a CSV file - do I need to have the Columns in a certain order?

I'm assuming I will need to make sure the Column Headers are named as they are in MM but other than that do I need to do anything?

Hello - I thought that someone could be the member of two different MM teams but use just one email.

I am currently a member of a MM team and now I am trying to create a new MM Team for a different SAR team that I belong to.

When I tried to set up the new MM Team I got the message "User account already exists with that email."

What do I need to do to create this new team but continue to use my existing email address?

Hello - with regards to the Permission: Member "Add and Edit Animals".  When I check this off for someone they are able to put in the name of the K9 but the rest of the date entry boxes are grayed out.

Wouldn't the checking of the Member "add and edit animals" box give them access to update the date boxes?
