Hi,
Having 2 issues:
1) When we have someone on a team and on assignment - if we finish the assignment we cannot move that person out of the team and into another team. We have to move that person before we 'finish the assignment'. Why can't we move that person after we 'finish the assignment'?

2) Scenario: we move personnel to available and 'finish the assignment'. We then have that person 'available'. We then check that person out of the mission completely, he still shows up as available personnel in the personnel tab. We have to move that person to checkout in the personnel tab to get him to show up as not available. The issue with that is that we have two different time keeping entries in time keeping. It seems that the checkin/checkout does not talk to the personnel tab and it definitely should.

Hi,
We have a mission setup and am using teams, but the system is only allowing us 6 team members per team. We are not sure why? And if this can be worked around, it is inhibiting effective handling of volunteers.

Morning,
We are trying to export map data and we are having some difficulty.

The export options are kml, gpx, and txt and that is fine.

but when we go to import these exports back into maps (on a different users computers), they do not import.

Why is that?

I have a login for multiple teams and in order to switch back and forth between teams i have to logout and log back in.

is there a way for MM to make it so I can switch back and forth between teams w/o logging in and out?

Hi,
if you check someone into a mission by accident, how do you delete them out of the mission. I do not mean check them out, as that still shows them as being there. I mean totally delete their name from the mission?

Evening,

We ran a mission this past weekend and ran into a few issues:

1. When you check someone in, there is no way to edit the check in time in/out once they are checked in. There were some folks who came and did not check in right away and their time was wrong. How can I correct it, after they have been checked in mistakenly?

2. On the reports, if run a mission personnel report, it will still show time for someone even if the time was deleted in the timekeeping section. For example, some folks were checked in during a test run of the mission and that time was deleted in the time keeping section, but when you run the report, that deleted time still shows up on the personnel status report.

3. The personnel status report also doesn't give the personnel's check out time (when exported to excel) or the total time each person was on the mission. We would like to see a personnel summary report. Where you would see the person's name and the total time each person spent on the mission. Is that possible?

Good Morning all,

We are using the text and messages from within a mission to activate members en masse during an emergency. The challenge we have is that, as members, when we send out an activation to other members the message is received with our personal information (email). In and of itself this is not a big deal, but members who do not know us might think it is a joke and not take it seriously (they may not even read the actual message).

Is there anyone for us to designate that the message (text/email) is coming from "our group name"/"MM" instead of our personal information?

Hi,

Right now when our members log in they either see the mission or the members form. We would like to have a landing page that is displayed when they first log in.

This page should be able to be customized by us (our logo, news items, if we activate we want to be able to put information there, etc).

We were thinking that this can just be a tab (like member, mission, etc) and this is the first place all members would go when they first log in.

Can this be done?

Hi,
I am looking in the calendar at a specific event and see something very strange.

Under Limited To - Specify which members of your team will see this event and receive email reminders
I see the following information under qualifications and do not know where it comes from. It says:
Staff (correct)
R
R
R
R
R, etc...lots of these
field qualified (correct)
Not field qualified (correct)

I am attaching a screenshot of the actual screen.

Why is it showing all of these "R"?

Hi,
When you use this report, there is an error.

The first column header is not correct...but says what is below
And even though the word 'limited' is no longer a login permission level, it still shows up in the report.

General Mission Manager Discussion / Issue with importing members

Hi,
I had to import some new members today and I used the export csv as my guide, but some items still did not import (I had to go into each member manually and add them).

The 'joined' which is a date field and the 'cert training' which is a check box did not import. In the csv file, they were done correctly.

The "joined' was a date field in the csv file and the 'cert training' was a yes, both look exactly as they do when exporting the member list.

Can anyone provide assistance on this? I'd be happy to send you the csv that I uploaded so you can try it as well.

Hi,
I have noticed that our calendar is updating our time keeping well before an event. For example, our meeting is tonite and I rsvp'ed yes. This is already automatically in my time keeping list and it is a good 4 hours before the meeting. Is there a way to configure this to not add this time until the event is over, or at least started?

Feature Requests and Issues / Glitch within mission

Hi,
When you are in a mission in the team tab and you want to send a message to the team there is a glitch.

The user I am logged in as does not have permission to messages outside of a mission, but within a mission under the team tab the 'message team' button is active (as this user is part of the team that she is trying to message). But when she presses the 'message' button it does not take her to the message form, but instead takes her to the logout/change password/leave mission area.

if this user is not able to send messages, than this button should not be shown in this form. But if she is part of the team, she should be able to send a message to the entire team regardless of her permissions outside of a mission.

I would love a solution to this one.
