After downloading the MM GPX file, I tried to import it into the standard Garmin Basecamp program and it errors out?
In MM, when you select export map data; are you exporting the entire map project, or just the element you have selected?
I tried both ways and Basecamp would not import the file?

I have exported Basecamp and Terrain Navigator Pro files to gpx, and successfully imported into MM......so I'm not sure why I can not do it the other way?

Everything seems to be working well. I ran both on line and offline missions after you fixed it and again today a week later. I synced back and forth and it all worked:-)

This is an expansion to the Offline mission showing no personnel in Team assignment topic last week. After I read your response on having a timing sync problem because I was making changes and resyncing too fast, so I went in today to investigate. I started making a new on line mission and checking only one person in. I then checked both the Personnel tab (which showed the person as available), then I checked the Team assignment tab which showed no one available even after I select make a team assignment. I stopped there as this is the problem.

I can not explain why everything was perfect early last week, and now it is not working?

Sorry, but a few days ago the entire offline mission and sync to online was working perfectly on all tabs.........however I checked today to practice to give training to my team and after doing the same actions as before; first on line, then sync to offline checking in folks, and planning I noticed the Offline Mission Team (Task on mine) Assignment Tab had no available personnel shown at all (this is still in off line mission), even though the personnel tab showed 8 available. I synced to on line to see if that fixed it, but did not...................??
Not sure what happened from a few days ago?

It seems to be working perfectly now both on my 1GB RAM laptop and my 4GB RAM desktop:-)
I could not get it to fail after making numerous changes both online and offline syncing back and forth.........

Looks like you fixed everything!

Almost there! ..............I started from scratch again and did all the same actions on line, sync to offline, many offline changes, then synced back to on line.
Result was a huge improvement; only one person's assignment and status got messed up this time. To Reproduce: In off line I started with me as the search manager, then switched me to available, then assigned me as the task leader pending, then on assignment. When I synced to on line in the personnel tab I was shown in the available list incorrectly, and also shown in the personnel listing as available.......but in the Task tab, I was correctly shown as the leader of a task, and also incorrectly as available. I moved my name from available to the task leader position that already had my name and it then it read correctly.

I am now leaning to this slow down is more of a MM system requirements issue of computer RAM required. My current laptop that has the slowdowns only has 1 Gig of RAM vs the now normal 4-8 Gig RAM. When my virus program does a auto download of an update, I can see my other programs noticeably slow down until the download is complete. I just commanded my virus program to execute an update download while in MM and it brought MM to almost a standstill during the download process only, not the install after. I am thinking that Windows and other programs that do an uncommanded download update are the cause of the slow downs I have seen in MM with my laptop with only 1 gig RAM......Others in MD using MM and not seeing the slow downs have 4 Gig RAM.....I am buying a new laptop in a week with 8 GIG RAM, but am concerned over the many law enforcement laptops used in search management that may not have sufficient RAM.
So the question is if 1 Gig of RAM is not enough, and 4 GIG seems to be OK, can you determine if anything inbetween is OK to set it as the minimum recommend to run MM.

Currently the only way to copy a coordinate from the map is by keystrokes, then keystrokes again to paste, for example into the ICP coordinate section on the General tab....Please add mouse right click copy/paste info from the map to other tabs.

You fixed 95% of the mission sync problems! ...great job!
The only problem left is with personnel shown in multiple places in the on line mission after sync  Replicate the same way before: while in the off line mission, change the search manager and planning assignments a few times before you sync to the on line. What you see is the on line version is actually showing the persons are assigned positions they were moved from with the persons currently assigned that position, and they are also shown in the available list twice.......however when you return to the offline version now, all the info has stayed correct! So you are almost there in the fix:-)

Don't forget in the offline version personnel tab you still can not see the total list of people checked in like you can on line forcing you to have to go to the Tasks tab and individually select each task to see the missing people you can not see on the personell tab.

Greg, your comment on "I would examine background operating system updates" got my attention as a possible cause that I will look for. I have my anti virus program shut off during a mission to keep it from auto grabbing an update and slowing down my computer during the download (I can not disable the virus auto update)..........I did not think about windows, or any other program starting an auto uncommanded update that I do not know is happening ......do you have a recommendation how I can tell if that is happening the next time I see a slow down?....I will soon be getting a new fast laptop because I have seen slow downs from my virus program downloading updates........but to be clear, I have only seen my other programs slow noticably; but not become un-usable like the times that have happened to me while using MM.

Forgot to say I am using Google Chrome. ( I cleared the cache as recommended) ......I have Windows XP.
