Yes, that is the way that is has been working, but I RSVP'ed and it didn't add it to mine. I checked a few other folks who had also RSVP'ed, and no go. Originally I thought that I had just made a mistake with the date, but that wasn't the case. So far, every person who responded "available" has no automatic entry in the time keeping. The last time I checked was training last month, and those that RSVP'ed got a time keeping entry automatically. It seems to be just December.

Feature Requests and Issues / Event not added to time keeping
« on: December 13, 2011, 10:53:10 AM »
I just noticed that the event that we completed on 12/10/2011 wasn't added to anybody's time keeping. In the past this has always been the case. Did something change?

Thanks,
JL

That would be great.

Sorry to include two topics in a single post, but while we're talking about it...For the status emails, I only get "field qualified" under certifications. Should there be more?

Thanks,
JL

Feature Requests and Issues / Print User Profile
« on: November 24, 2011, 08:32:55 PM »
It would be nice to be able to print out a user profile. The fancy version would be to select what gets printed, but as a start, it would be nice to run a list that includes the person's name, their certifications with and without dates, and what equipment that they are assigned. Since this would be too big for a summary type format, a running list would work fine kind of like the personnel report for missions. Thoughts?

Feature Requests and Issues / Printing RSVP Lists with Comments
« on: November 22, 2011, 07:45:47 AM »
Is there a way to print the comments that are made in the RSVP list? Sometimes we need to collect information from attendees prior to the event, and it would be nice to have an easy way to gather than info in the comments. As near as I can tell, the only way that they are viewable is by hovering over the response. Is there another way?

Thanks,
JL

Feature Requests and Issues / Re: Training Log
« on: November 20, 2011, 07:36:49 PM »
Yeah, I have an SQL database with a PHP interface that I cobbled together a couple of years ago (I'm a hack). I may continue to use that. I was just hoping that I could extract the data from MM in some fashion. The database works fine, but I have to improve the reports. Maybe a spreadsheet is the easier way to go...Thanks.

Feature Requests and Issues / Re: Training Log

This is related to my previous question/suggestion, so I figure I will post it here.

For our mandated periodic performance review, I need to track dates of training, what was covered, and who attended. This is separate from the specific personal certifications that need to be tracked and maintained. This information is available in a couple of places. It could come from RSVP information for events, or it could come from the time keeping that is associated with a particular event. It would be nice to have a way to report a list of trainings and/or missions with a listing of who was present. Our time keeping lists hours, but they are not granular with respect to the type of training. Any ideas? For many years, it was an Excel spreadsheet, but all of the info is in MM, so maybe there is an angle there. Previously, it was suggested to use missions for training too. I suppose that I could use the personnel status report to do what I am suggesting.

Thanks,
JL

Feature Requests and Issues / Sort by Response
« on: November 18, 2011, 03:12:37 PM »
I noticed there was a bit of redesign in the calendar RSVP management. There are check boxes for the various response types, but the "Sort by Response" is gone. I appreciate being able to selectively show the various response types, but the sort by response is handy so that I can quickly see how things are stacking up relative to each other. Maybe I am just not seeing it, so I am sorry if it is there, and I have missed it.

Below is the text from final mission report. There is an SQL error. Just thought I would pass it along.
