I don't know if its possible to do a join.me session to look at our setup.    I understand how tricky doing this can be but some of our settings and the output we are getting I just do not understand. 

I think it that the supervisor that is listed in the user status come from this automatic org chart. Is this something we can turn off or on?  It is confusing our members and sending out the wrong information.

The On Scene Support is a mission status but it is also a unit name.  Our support group has Net Control Operators and On Scene personal that have very different rolls for the group.

Anyway to setup the org chart like you do for assigning teams?  A drag and drop into areas with a define leader.  Maybe sub pages that will all tie together.

We spent most the day working on the org chart yesterday and still can not get it setup right.  We think our fields are correct but we have Crew Leaders under other Crew Leaders and we have a Probie above the crew leader.  Also our Directors are not showing as part of the system but off to the side.

When entering responses into a new calendar item if you are scrolled down the page of users at the time you make your change the system will reset to the top of the names.  This takes a lot of time when you trying to add 30-60 people in an event.  Can you please change this so it does not scroll up to the top each time?

I'm sorry but I do not understand the directions.

Attached is the sample of how I have our support unit setup.  I think the only difference is that we changed Squad to Crew.  You will see the leader and then a group a and group b under that user.   We also have a team director and a deputy director above this leader.

The ranking system for the supervisors is not working for us.   I think this is based on join date but that is not always the case.  Any way to make allow us to set a supervisor or rank our members?

Are we able to set a global (agency) Return Email Address under Messages? 

Many in our team use the Android FireAlert app so we can set our phones to quite at night but the pages still come through because the FireAlert app uses the senders email address or number as a trigger.

Even if we select RSVP or Signup it doesn't look like you can manually add folks to the event. Correct? 

I'm sure every team tracks time differently.  Currently we track Present, Excused, Absent along with keeping track of the time per event. We do this with paper sign-in sheets right now.
