"Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end, expecting T_VARIABLE or T_DOLLAR_OPEN_CURLY_BRACES or T_CURLY_OPEN in ...

I see in the configuration that there are 4 checklist items for mission type "Public Outreach and Preparedness":
1. "Site Plan Complete and reviewed:"
2. "Travel Plan complete and reviewed:"
3. "Event schedule Reviewed:"
4. "Confirm venue contact:"

When I make a new web mission with the type of "Public Outreach and Preparedness", I see the following items under checklists:
1. "Determine Mission Objectives:"
2. "Set Up Command Post:"
3. "Safety:"

...what am I missing?

...if you click the "new web mission" button with a blank name, you are sent to the login screen with a message:
"Yawza! How did you get this message?"

...maybe a pop-up message saying you forgot the mission name, or grey out the 'new web mission' button until a value is entered in the mission name field?

Not a priority at all, just an idea.

I have a member who claims she has reset her password 4 times, but the passwords being sent to her are not working.  Any clues on how to troubleshoot?

I'm trying to log in and my password suddenly doesn't take...then when I try to recover it says no account with that email address exists...

WHAT is going on?!?!

Feature Requests and Issues / Another Odd Import issue

...an "artifact" of sorts.

To make the import process as smooth as possible, I first loaded a full account (all fields checked), then exported that file.

Taking that as a template, I would then bring in the data I will import in the right order, format, etc.

When I take that completed import file and import it, the "field name" row appears as the first record.  I delete that record then complete the import.

...but that 'header' row comes in as a record.

...not too tragic, it's easy enough to delete the one record, but an odd result anyway.

I keep getting this import error:
Importing...
Duplicate Column Ignored: Fire RadioYou must identify at least the First or Last Name fields, can't import.
Imported or updated 0 members.

I have specified the first/last name fields - the file i'm importing was a file i exported.  What gives?

Feature Requests and Issues / Expiration identifier

Hopefully a quick enhancement idea.

On the configuration screen there are check boxes for expiration and required for field qualified.  If you check the expires box, can you italicize or otherwise indicate on the Member page that the field in question is an expiration field?

That would remind administrators to enter the expiration date rather than the issued date, and would help remind members checking their records that the qualification in question is a time-sensitive requirement.
