Firefox, but I tried it while run IE and got the same issue.  I'll try it on a different computer and see what I get.

The dates are all correct - Start = 1/1/11     End = 2/1/11      Open = 1/1/11            and the event date is 1/4/11.       It will show just not the first time I go into my screen.  If I select another member and than back to mine the event shows.

When I first go into the time keeping screen and select my name it does not show the first event that I have entered.  If I select "add event" or go to someone elses name and back to mine the first event pops up and stays there until I leave the time keeping screen and than it starts all over again.  The first event is within the time limits that I have set at the bottom of the screen.

It shows on the printout report all the time, just not on the screen.

FYI
Under the "Report" tab when I try to print both the member roster and the certification status I get a blank report.  When I print these under the "member" tab I get the correct information.

Yes it works now.  I had overwritten the "sample" members and apparently it hadn't changed the unit for them somewhere.

Question - I set a member up for limited access and marked that she read only other members and I check all the boxes for members except "none".   When she logs on she on sees 11 of the 24 members I have entered.  I have looked at each members record and don't see anything that would cause this.  Do you have an idea of where I have messed up?

I notice on one of the reports under the Certs and Expirations that the Sworn level comes up as the old value of a number instead of what I customized the program to list.  On the members page with full access it shows correctly with read only it shows it as a number value.

I added 3 other members to help evaluate the program.  When I added them as "new" the program told me that an email notification was sent.  The 3 members tell me they never got an email.  When they ask for a password reset they are told their email is not in the system.  What do I need to do to get them into the system?
