Time Keeping Export
« on: September 02, 2011, 11:12:46 PM »
For the past couple of years my folks have been submitting their hours via a Google form. I then summarize the data and submit it to the sheriff's office on their form. We are in the process of transitioning to MM, and my people have been asking for a data export button. Is there anyway to get a delimited text file of time keeping data, and other information?

Thanks,
JL

You got it!  There is now 2 new Time Keeping export buttons:

Export Participation Data - Will export the team's participation data to a .csv file.

Export Member Data - Will export individual member Time Keeping data to a .csv file.

Members must have "Member - Export/Import Data" permissions or "Full" administrator access for these new features.

Can you add the event creator's name to the notification emails?

How about an import button?

Maybe someday, but this would require a fair amount of work.  It would need an import screen like the Members import that allowed the definition of all the columns.

You could require that the columns are identical to the export.

ie. you would export, alter the data and import.

Yes.  But there would also be issues with duplicate entries if an import is done more than once.  ;)
