Mission Manager has a new "Documents" page. Like the name suggests this page allows you to upload your teams documents/files to a shared location. This new feature has some unique features:
- Not only can you upload documents, but you can create an on-line document right in place. Its like using Word on-line or Google Docs.
- Member Login Permissions can be set for who can access the documents pages.
- Permissions can be set for who can view and edit various documents.
- Collections of documents can be added and then downloaded as a single .Zipped file.
- Files can be added by simple drag and drop (except with Internet Explorer)
- Search feature allows you to find documents based on a search string.
The default team document space is limited to 3MB - sorry the Radishworks server has limited space. If your team needs more document space send me a PM and I can give your team more space.
