Mission Manager 5.0

We are happy to announce Mission Manager version 5.0, this version includes a lot of new features:
  • You will now find a “Search” button at the bottom of the Members screen.  This search feature allows you to search for basic contact information (email and phone numbers) for other team members.

  • There has been a change to the Members screen that allows you to collapse (shrink) the various sections of the page.  The little [ + ] and [ - ] buttons.  (Note: if you have trouble with these, press F5 to refresh the page).

  • The Configuration screen has been redesigned with different categories in collapsible sections.

  • In the Configuration screen you can now enter up to 8 of your own Mission Goals.

  • You can now turn on/off Member field sections, such as Photo, Emergency Contact, Emergency Medical Information, etc. in the Configurations screen.

  • In the Configuration screen, Members now have 14 customizable Equipment fields, 4 Certification Levels (lists), 10 certification Dates, and 12 different Certifications.

  • Most all of the customizable Member fields can be specified as “Show Only” fields when filtering for members on the Messages, Calendar, Teams, etc. screens.  See the “Show Only Filter” checks on the Configuration screen "Member Fields" section.

  • The "Staff" Show Only check filter can be turned off in the "Team Information" of the Configuration screen.

  • The “Show Only” member filters have been standardized on all screens, Calendar, Messages, Teams, etc.

  • The Mission screens, for General, Event Logs, Members, Radio Logs, Teams, Clues and Subjects now have an Export button and their data can be downloaded into a .CSV file.

  • When exporting Members, if there are any member photos, the export file will be a .ZIP and include all the member .JPGs and the .CSV file.  If there are no member photos just a .CSV file will download.

  • There is a new “Export All Mission Data” button on the Mission Reports screen that will .ZIP and download all the current mission data.

  • Team Organizational Charts are available to everyone on your team.  See the new section in the Help section Organizational Charts.  Organizational Charts can be added to the Links page.

  • The Organizational Charts now can include pictures.

Another feature that made it into v5.0:
  • Lat/Long GPS coords can now be entered into the Radio Logs.  Any Radio entries that have coords will automatically appear on the maps.
