Create a non-incident event tab

We need to be able to track non-incident events such as trainings, PR events, equipment details, committees, admin, etc.  We further need to link/assign those SAR volunteers with a given event when they attend.

It was suggested that the calendar captured the info and while it does indeed capture the event info itself, it doesn't allow linking or inputting who attended a given event.  Further, I didn't see any reports that listed or printed events in the calendar although I may have missed that...

In the calendar event try checking the "Member Response" > "RSVP" or the "Signup Required" options.  Once you create the event the next time you look at it, there will be a list of all your members on that event.  You can either manually select the members who attended (or will be attending) the event, or if you specify any "Reminders" MM will automatically send out emails  to your members where they can sign up for that event.  There is also a print option on that page that has will allow you print signup sheets or who lists of who attended the event.
