Time Keeping Screen Anomalies

Signed on today to start my current 102 time sheet. Instead of an empty time sheet (which has always been the case when starting a new 102 period) the screen shows all time entries going back to December 2009. Trouble is, I wasn't even here in December 2009. Whose hours and miles are those? The document as is is too large to work with.  It is too confusing and takes way too long to scroll down to the current time frame with every activity entry. Is there a way to only show the current time period being worked on?
