missing mission document

During a mission I saved the flyer of the missing person in the mission itself. But when I went back to the mission a couple of days later, it was gone.

Has anyone have this happen to them?

Haven't seen this issue.  Can you reproduce it repeatedly?

It has happened to me twice before. I will load a test document to a previously closed mission now and check again later today/tomorrow and see if we can duplicate.
