I would suggest you use something like "emailmysar", where the "mysar" part is your teams abbreviation. Like you had it before, just without the "."
Then to send an email to the admin group it would be:
admin.emailmysar@radishworks.com
.
To send an email to your whole team is's just:
emailmysar@radishworks.com
.
Replace the "email" part with "sms" and "phone" and use that in the SMS and Phone configuration prefixes respectively.

There is no way to limit group forwarding by member. Although only emails from a valid team member of yours will forward.
