Documents not loading

In documents all I am seeing is "uploading".  Under the documents tab in the specific folder it just says uploading.  The creator account can see everything but the members can't see anything.  I have checked and double checked the permissions but that doesn't seem to be the issue.

Sounds like there are maybe two different issues here?  Is it that the uploading never finishes?  And a separate problem of others that can't see the documents? 

I checked your account and there appears to be two different accounts registered for your team, if the documents are uploaded in one, but people are logging into the other one, this would explain things.  I'll contact you off-line, and we can remove the duplicate account for you.
