It's possible that I've missed something, but I think it would be a great feature if you could "Show Only Filter" for items listed in Certification Date. If you check the "Show Only Filter" box for Certification Date, it would filter everyone who has a date written in the box, and also filter out anyone who has an expired date, if "Expires" is checked.
Also, it would be helpful if we could add "Certifications Check" fields, like we can for Certification Date. We are using Certifications Check to help us filter people based on their volunteer preferences, or even their physical limitations. Thanks!
