Documents can't be accessed

I have uploaded documents in the correct section.  They are view by anyone, edit by me only.  They are "docx" files.  I can access them with the log on of the creator but no one else can see them.  When you click on the file from a "basic" access it says "uploading". The file never comes up.  The people that can't see it all have Basic access and should be able to.

Any info would be helpful.

Can you try another document and not change any of the document permissions.  Lets see if basic users can see this new one.  This will tell us if there is a problem with the document permissions or the user permissions.
