Our agency is getting the mission manager setup, and while we were importing a list of staff members we deleted them and when we went to import them again (we wanted to add something to the mapping on the cvs file) the system says they were imported but they do not show up (my guess is because we deleted them when we just should have changed the data within each one.) how can we fix this... also when i pull up our team organizational chart its blank....

I went ahead and purged all the deleted members from your members database, see if this helps your import.  I also added a fix that should help with this case if it happens again.

As far as the org chart goes, you'll need to have all the ranks and units set up before the org chart will be filled.  You can find some helpful tips, here: http://www.radishworks.com/SearchManager/Help.htm#Organizational%20Chart
