Audit Log

We are about to implement mission manager for our team.  Our SAR coordinator is asking if there is any audit log of activity in Mission Manager.  We want to check on any type of updates done outside of a mission.  In help there were APIs where you could do various things and I was hoping to use an API to see who was doing updates and changes.  Thanks  Paul

When you are inside a mission, on the Reports screen, there is a "Detailed Mission Change History" button.  This will show a report of all the changed to that mission, field changes, , adds, deletes, who made them, when, etc. 

Are you looking for the same thing for non-mission data?  There is so many areas I think a detailed report of all Members, Tasks, Calender, Time Keeping, etc. would get a little overwhelming.  Is there specific types of changes you are trying to track?

Thanks for the quick reply and the tracking of changes to missions.  Yes, we were asking for a lot.  But if we become focused it would be on updates under the Members tab.

Wish granted  .  When not in a mission there is a new button on the Reports screen "Detailed Member Change History".  This button will give a detailed change history of any member changes.  This button is only available to system administrators.  Only history from now going forward is recorded.

Another note, there is also a "Change History" button on the bottom of the members screen when a single member is selected.  This will show a report of just the changes to that selected members fields.
