That looks like it got it. I deleted the event, then recreated it and the dates and times of the reminders are right.
I did notice something odd though, but it has no impact on performance as long as you catch it. When I put in the start time and the default duration is 1 hour, it shows the correct finish time. If the anticipated time is less than an hour and you change the hours to 0 then change the minutes to 30, it also shows the correct finish time. But if you change the minutes first, then change the hours to zero, the finish time shows a duration of 70 minutes, not 30. Odd, but not a deal breaker.
