Time keeping for activity question
« on: February 08, 2013, 08:34:23 AM »
When entering time keeping for a non-mission activity (say a monthly training session), is the only way to do this to go to each individual that attended the session and re-enter all the information again? Or can you create the activity session, and 'assign' members who have attended?  It seems very time consuming to have to make dozens of individual entries for one event, re-entering the date, time and description for each one.
Thanks

Yes.  If you create a Calender event with a request for a RSVP from members, those who sign up will automatically get time keeping entries if "Automatically add Time Keeping Entries for RSVP Calendar Events:" is on in the configuration.

-OR-

If you create that same RSVP event you can manually add timekeeping entries with the "Add Time Keeping Entries for Members" button on the calendar event screen.
