Change in Rank

I have entered the date that a member achieves a change in rank but the member roster does not reflect this change, i.e., continues to list the previous rank. How do I get the rank to change in the printout?

Not sure I understand the question.  MM doesn't have a date field for this, unless you have added a custom field for your team for this.  If this is the case (a custom field) its not going to change the rank automatically.  You'll need to change the rank manually.  Is this the problem?
