If you open a mission on the Missions tab you can use all the mission screens (Event Log, Radio Log, Teams Debrief, etc.) to add the ICS info. The Medical Plan (form ICS206) is really the only form that gets minimal information - Mission Name, Date, Time, and Operational Period). All the other forms are filled out by the mission information automatically. Reasoning is that MM tries to keep things as simple as possible and it didn't seem to make sense to create a whole screen for a single unique form. Most teams use a different version of this form and a editable PDF is often the preference.
