Account Login password not working

I have a member who claims she has reset her password 4 times, but the passwords being sent to her are not working.  Any clues on how to troubleshoot?

Only a guess, but if they are repeatedly resetting their password, they may be trying old ones before the new email arrives.  You as the Administrator can also reset their password, which will cause the system to send a new one via email.

Not sure if that was the issue or not, but now magically they can access the site.  Yet again, the magic of the Radish!
