ICS positions

I added the ICS Admin/Fin position to the general configuration, but when I start a new mission it doesn't show up. Is there a way to add it during a mission as an add on?

In the Configuration where you added the ICS positions , make sure the selected "Mission Type" (to the left) matches the "Mission Type" on the mission "General" screen.  MM supports a different set of ICS positions based on the type of mission.
