Special Needs

Is it possible to include a field in the profile for members to write in any access or functional needs they may have? This is important to know when making assignments.

How about adding a "Special Needs" field in the "Member Equipment Strings" or "Member Certification Strings" section in the Configuration > Member Fields.

We put a "Physically Unable to Perform" box in the Member Certification Checks area and made it "Show Only Filter".  This lets us filter for that status and assign those with limitations as scribes, etc.  This could be someone with a permanent disability or a temporary issue (broken ankle, etc.)
