Radio Log Tab - blank for some members?

Hello - one of our team members tried to get into the Radio Log on an active mission but when she does the Tab is blank - but I am able to see the info.

I thought everyone could see the Radio Log - I do not see a permission that would restrict that - so I can't figure out why she can't see anything.

Blank, like no log entries or blank like no page?

Could be a permissions issue of some sort.  Can you post a screen shot of the Radio Log and also what her permissions are set to?
