Member Status emails

...I see they only contain those fields that have values.  That makes it hard for a member to know what they can get certified in but haven't yet.  Can all certifications that are in the configuration screen be included in the member status emails to let them know what they haven't yet completed?

Another request, not sure if you want this as a new thread or not, but as it applies to member status emails:
 
If a certification, etc. is "required", can the title have an asterisk as on the actual member page to help let members know what required items they are still missing vs. certifications that are not required?
