Please Help With Downloading Mission data and maps

Please Help
I cant download the  mission data or maps for offline use

Here's the error
Yikes an Error! Try cleaning your browsers cache and appcache. Also try upgrading your browser to the latest version.

I cleaned and updated both

Any help would be appreciated ( we have a training mission coming up in an area with limited or no internet connectivity
