Hi,
I have noticed that our calendar is updating our time keeping well before an event. For example, our meeting is tonite and I rsvp'ed yes. This is already automatically in my time keeping list and it is a good 4 hours before the meeting. Is there a way to configure this to not add this time until the event is over, or at least started?

Thank you,

Dawn

We are looking into it. A couple things come to mind, it might be a time zone issue (check your team's time zone in the Configuration screen under General Configuration) or perhaps our server's time zone. I'll let you know what we come up with.

Has anyone found a reason why it is doing this? As there is a class tonite at 6:30 and the time is already in my timekeeping (and it's 9 hours away).

It is still doing this...our event is at 5 tonite and the time is already in my calendar.

This is very troubling.

I'll update the event log. Unfortunately I don't have a timeframe for you.
