Mission Manager 3.1 is now live in everyone's team account. This version allows you to use missions without a Web Connection. See the tips information in this post:

This feature currently only works with Google Chrome or Firefox browsers. A note about Firefox: Firefox takes a long time to Delete and offline mission. This appears to be a bug in Firefox when it comes to removing offline data. It just takes a bit, but may give you a "page has stopped responding message". Just press the "continue" button if you see this message, it will finish.
