I'm trying to enter an email of one of our members, but the system will not accept it.

Do you receive a warning pop-up about an improperly formatted email address?  Or does it just not 'stick'?

It's a gmail address and works fine otherwise, but MM will not accept it.

Would you please refresh the browser so it might fix the problem?  Plus, sometimes if you have been inactive for a long while with your browser, the session might be already ended.  That might result in not accepting the email.
