Time Keeping Not Saving

I was attempting to enter in some time keeping data for the last two weekends and the information I'm inputting is not being saved to the database.  I have not run into this issue before.  (Extra Note: A training that I RSVP to also did not automatically populate like it normally does.)

This is also happening in our system. 

It allows us to click on the "Add New Activity" button and get a line for a new activity - It allows me to type all the info in - but if I click "Add New Activity" button again to add another entry the first entry disappears.

If I enter an activity and then click on a different tab and then come back to the Time Keeping Tab - the entry is gone.

Time Keeping bug has been fixed. Please review your entries, including auto entries, as they were not being saved during the problem period.
