Member Info Not Working for Offline Missions

I started this thread elsewhere, but it is probably better suited to the "Issues" forum.

When I access a mission offline, none of my member data is available. All my members are active, and I download/sync the mission for offline use, but when I go to check-in, it says that the Member ID is not available. Am I doing something wrong? It should download all of my members (active and active guest) for use, right? How do you use check-in when offline?

If you activate a couple of the "(sample)" members and download the sample mission do they download?

Check in should work exactly like it does when on-line.

Nope, no luck. I reactivated a number of the sample members. I then synced the mission and attempted to access it offline. When I fired up the check-in page and put in the last name of a sample member. I get the same negative result.

Are you looking for the "Members" tab when offline?  That tab is not available offline.  You can Check In members as on-line and you get to see a read-only view of member information.

Nope, I am not looking for members when offline. I am just looking to check people in. When I launch things offline, every time I enter a last name or ID, I receive the message that there is no info available for that person.

Finality found the issue!

The problem was the looking up users by last name was case sensitive offline.  We usually look up members via ID so we didn't have the problem.  It should be working for you now.

You might need to clear Chome's AppCache - chrome://appcache-internals/

And you will need to Sync.

Ha! It works! I thought I tried it with first cap, but I guess I didn't. Thanks! We have a mock cave rescue in the middle of nowhere in a week and a half, and I am looking to run the mission with MM.
