Server issues?

Hello,
During a recent mission we encountered difficulties with the server. We repeatedly received the error message: 'page unresponsive' (see attachment). We were getting a strong LTE service via a Verizon aircard. Other websites were up and running. We got steady weather radar data. The Mission Manager server worked intermittently for the first hour of the search but eventually we we abandoned Mission Manager and used paper and other means to manage the search.

Has anyone else encountered this before?

Thanks for taking Tech Support's call regarding your connectivity issue. We wanted to ask questions offline vs the forum for privacy reasons.

Mission Manager did perform some server maintenance over the weekend. We believed it to be benign and did not take the server offline, but apparently it affected your team. Our apologies for the connectivity issues you experienced. We will endeavor to make sure it doesn't happen again.
