Paragraph breaks in "General" Mission Tab

I was entering some general mission description and I noticed that if I hit <return> in an effort to make a paragraph break, it takes me to the next data field. I would expect <tab> to do that. I tried <shift><return>, but that didn't work either.

Upon looking at the "General Briefing" report, I see what the issue is. There is a limited amount of space on the form, so everything gets goofed up if I type as much as I did in that field.

Currently this is by design.  Most members tend to use enter to move to the next field.  And there is very limited space on a lot of the ICS forms so there is no new-line provision.
